DeAnna L. Jones-Goss

DeAnna Lee (Williams) Jones-Goss, 43, of Stilesville, passed unexpectedly from this life on Saturday, July 3, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis on June 22, 1978, to the late Timothy Williams and Sandy S. (Haney) Belcher and raised by her stepfather, Andy Belcher. She attended Martinsville schools through her Junior year and graduated from Plainfield High School with the class of 1997. DeAnna moved to Tennessee, along with her only son, Tyler Jones, to take care of her father/grandpa. After her sister Delores passed, she raised her nieces; Shania and Odyessy, and nephews; Guage and James. It was there she met her future husband and forever soulmate, Anthony Michael Goss of Alto, GA. The pair were joyously united in marriage on August 8, 2009. After the happy family settled back into Indiana, DeAnna worked as a corrections officer at the Putman Correction Facility, but she loved being a mother, wife, and a homemaker. DeAnna was known as an outgoing, well-spoken woman with a huge heart. Her family was her everything! She enjoyed dancing, hunting, and was forever a huge fan of people watching. She continuously made sure her family was number one. DeAnna loved God and was a devoted admirer of dogs, when you saw her, she would have her fur babies; Piggy, Kaia, and Duke tagging along. She will be deeply missed by all whom had the opportunity of knowing her. DeAnna was proceeded in death by her biological father; Timothy Williams, grandparents; Wilma (Perry) Haney and Carlis Haney of Monrovia, IN, grandparents; Eddie (Daily) Williams and Paul Williams of Celina, TN., sister; Delores Stanton of Celina, TN. She leaves behind her husband of almost 12 years, Anthony Michael Goss of Stilesville; children, Tyler Anthony Jones of Stilesville, Shania of Mooresville, Odyessy of Martinsville, Guage of Alto, GA, and James of Martinsville; Mother; Sandy S. (Haney) Belcher, Step-Father; Andy Belcher of Eminence, brothers; P.J. Williams and T.J. Williams of Indianapolis, and Ryan Belcher of Martinsville. sisters; Courtney Middleton of Brazil, Nicole Davis of Monrovia, sister-in-law; Tina Mesa (husband, Kevin) of Alto, Georgia, along with several aunts and uncles, and her beloved Pit-bulls – Piggy, Kaia and Duke. Cremation and Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel in Monrovia. A Gathering of Friends & Family will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, from 4:00p.m. until 6:00p.m., and Rev. Shelly Zook will officiate a Celebration of Life Service beginning promptly at 6:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to help the family offset unexpected funeral expenses c/o Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel, 585 E.
